Closed Saturday,Sunday and Public Holidays

The Practice provides Medical Care after hours so your family is covered 24 hrs per day 365 days of the year.   Just call the practice number 3821 7780 and your call will be put through to the service.

AFTER HOURS SERVICES

When the surgery is closed, a doctor from our Medical Deputising Service is "on call" for problems that need urgent medical attention. After hours our telephone is automatically switched over to this service. Please note that a fee is usually charged for all after hours matters.

MAKING APPOINTMENTS

Please ring 3821 7780 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time. If you or a family member, require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.

OUT OF SURGERY VISITS

Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Visits can also be arranged for patients in nursing homes and at hospitals. This is at the discretion of the Doctor and a fee is usually charged for all out of surgery visits.
